Manufacturing instructions加工提示
a) Mix in the Cowles under high speed stirring water, Dowanol DPM, Butyl Glycol, THYON PH730, Aqueous ammonia, THYOSIL Q561, THYOSIL Q202.
先将水， DPM,丁基乙二醇，树脂液，氨水，Q561，Q202放入釜内高速搅拌。
b) Slowly add TiO2, keep under stirring for 15 minutes.
然后慢慢加入钛白粉持续搅拌15分钟
c) Add water, keep under stirring for 15 minutes.加水保持搅拌15分钟
d) The final paste should be homogeneous; grinds gage < 5 micron particle size.
浆料分散均匀，研磨后的粒径要到达5微米以下
