1)在管路中装油滤,以保护阀的供油管路和压力管路。 液压系统的维护:
一个系统在正式投入之前一般都要经由冲刷,冲刷的目的就是要清除残留在系统内的污染物、金属屑、纤维化合物、铁心等,在最初两小时工作中,即使没有完全损坏系统,也会引起一系列故障。
要是系统中使用到电液伺服阀,我不妨多说两句,伺服阀得冲刷板要使油液能从供油管路流向集流器,并直接返回油箱,这样可以让油液反复畅通流畅,以冲刷系统,让油滤滤掉固体颗粒,冲刷过程中,没隔1~2小时要检查一下油滤,以防油滤被污染物堵塞,此时旁路不要打开,若是发现油滤开始堵塞就马上换油滤。
2)确保没有外来颗粒从油箱的通气盖、油滤的塞座、回油管路的密封垫圈以及油箱其他启齿处进入油箱。所以应该按下列步骤来清洗系统油路:
3)用一种易干的清洁溶剂清洗油箱,再用经由过滤的空气清除溶剂残渣。 。

冲刷的周期由系统的构造和系统污染程度来决定,若过滤介质的试样没有或是很少外来污染物,则装上新的油滤,卸下冲刷板,装上阀工作!
